Production Time

At A&M Création, each piece is handcrafted to order with exceptional care in our workshop based in Brussels, Belgium.

Our products are made to measure for each customer. Please allow an estimated production time of 30 to 35 working days from the confirmation of your order.

Delivery Zones

  • Deliveries within Belgium :
    Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout, based on the total order amount and product volume.
  • nternational Deliveries (Outside Belgium):
    For deliveries outside Belgium, shipping fees will be provided via a personalised quote. Once your order has been confirmed, our team will contact you by email with a specific shipping cost estimate. No shipment will be made without prior acceptance of this quote.

Important: For countries outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for all import duties, customs fees, or any other applicable charges.

Delivery Conditions

  • Deliveries within Belgium :
    Delivery is made to ground floor level (street level). If specific equipment (crane, lift, etc.) is required to access the delivery site, this must be arranged and paid for separately by the customer. If delivery is refused due to lack of access arrangements, the order will be considered a client-initiated return, and return fees equal to 12% of the product value will apply. Initial shipping fees will not be refunded.
  • International Deliveries :
    Standard deliveries are made to street level. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all necessary arrangements are in place for receipt of the goods.

Notification & Tracking
