At A&M Création, we take pride in offering high-quality products and strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. However, please note that as our products are custom-made (dimensions, top thickness, edge type, specific finishes, etc.), returns cannot be accepted unless a confirmed defect is present.

If a defect is confirmed, we commit to carrying out a repair within a maximum of 40 working days. If repair is not possible, we will offer you a suitable alternative.

Returns Without Defect

In the event of a return for personal reasons (not related to a product defect):

  • Initial delivery charges will not be refunded.
  • A return fee of approximately 12% of the product's value (variable depending on the model) will apply, provided the original packaging is used.*
  • If you opt for our return service, we will arrange for collection.
  • Otherwise, it is your responsibility to return the item to our warehouse in perfect, unused condition.

Order Cancellation

For custom-made or made-to-order items:

  • Cancellation is no longer possible after 5 working days from the order date.
  • Once a tracking code has been issued and the product has left our workshop, cancellation fees will apply.

Return Procedure

  • All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • In case of damaged or defective products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The returned product must be intact and unused.
  • A&M Création reserves the right to refuse any return if the item is returned in poor condition.

Processing Times

Once your return is accepted and received:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • A processing time of 7 to 12 working days may be required depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • A&M Création cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external financial institutions.

Special Conditions

  • Products purchased on sale or with a discount code are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Handcrafted finishes (such as microcement) may feature natural variations that are part of their authenticity and not considered defects.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable..
  • A&M Création is not responsible for delays, additional charges or customs issues outside the European Union.

Note: We do not manage logistics for returns from outside the EU. If you are located outside the EU, you are fully responsible for organising the return and ensuring its safe delivery.
