However, please note that as our products are custom-made (dimensions, top thickness, edge type, specific finishes, etc.), returns cannot be accepted unless a confirmed defect is present.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">If a defect is confirmed, we commit to carrying out a repair within a maximum of 40 working days.\nIf repair is not possible, we will offer you a suitable alternative.<\/p><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Returns Without Defect<\/h2><p>In the event of a return for personal reasons (not related to a product defect):<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Initial delivery charges will not be refunded.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">A return fee of approximately 12% of the product's value (variable depending on the model) will apply, provided the original packaging is used.*<\/li>\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">If you opt for our return service, we will arrange for collection.<\/li>\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Otherwise, it is your responsibility to return the item to our warehouse in perfect, unused condition.<\/li><\/ul><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Order Cancellation<\/h2><p>For custom-made or made-to-order items:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li class=\"translation-block\">Cancellation is no longer possible after 5 working days from the order date.<\/li>\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Once a tracking code has been issued and the product has left our workshop, cancellation fees will apply.<\/li><\/ul><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Return Procedure<\/h2><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li class=\"translation-block\">All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.<\/li>\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">In case of damaged or defective products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.<\/li>\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">The returned product must be intact and unused.<\/li>\n\n<li>A&amp;M Cr\u00e9ation reserves the right to refuse any return if the item is returned in poor condition.<\/li><\/ul><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Processing Times<\/h2><p>Once your return is accepted and received:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li class=\"translation-block\">The refund will be issued to your original payment method.<\/li>\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">A processing time of 7 to 12 working days may be required depending on your bank or payment provider.<\/li>\n\n<li>A&amp;M Cr\u00e9ation cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external financial institutions.<\/li><\/ul><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Special Conditions<\/h2><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Products purchased on sale or with a discount code are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Handcrafted finishes (such as microcement) may feature natural variations that are part of their authenticity and not considered defects.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Shipping fees are non-refundable.<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n<li>A&amp;M Cr\u00e9ation is not responsible for delays, additional charges or customs issues outside the European Union.<\/li><\/ul><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/><p>Note: We do not manage logistics for returns from outside the EU.\nIf you are located outside the EU, you are fully responsible for organising the return and ensuring its safe delivery.<\/p><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/><p>For any questions regarding our sales or return policy, please feel free to contact us at:<br><a href=\"mailto:info@am-creation.com\" data-type=\"mailto\" data-id=\"mailto:info@am-creation.com\"><strong>info@am-creation.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p><p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Conditions Chez A&amp;M Cr\u00e9ation, nous sommes fiers de proposer des produits de haute qualit\u00e9 et nous nous effor\u00e7ons de garantir votre enti\u00e8re satisfaction.
